- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into this line of work because I love food it is the one thing that I am extraordinary at, I love to experiment with flavors and textures to create the perfect plate. There is something calming about having a deadline and knowing that it is up to you to get the food out on time and have everything right, there is a rhythm to it that is fantastic.
