A. You want to ask what certifications do they have? The best is an IICRC certification for each category of cleaning that they do. We are certified in Carpet Cleaning, Commercial Carpet Cleaning, and Water Damage Restoration. This involves hands on, intense training with very experienced instructors.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We use a system to clean, So we have a way of providing consistent results on every job. We follow a 12 step process to clean carpet as well as a 12 step process to clean upholstery. We also follow up with our customers the next day and if for any reason they are not completely satisfied we rush back out and take care of any problem so that they are.
