Honest and professional. The crews arrived on the job on time daily and knew exactly what to do the moment they got there. Like a well oiled machine. My floors still look amazing 6 months later.
Owner was always available, courteous, prompt and eager to answer any questions or concerns.
FloorsEliteDFW did exactly what they said they would do on every occasion. I cannot recommend them enough.

After seeing how well FloorsElitedfw did installing our neighbor's floors, we hired them to remove ceramic tiling and replace with engineered hardwood. WOW! Kevin Clement and crew did an amazing job! Kevin is upfront about everything and no surprises. His crew has been with him for years and are artists. I would recommend FloorsEliteDFW to anyone interested in a complete professional flooring job. Did I mention we LOVE our new floors?

We needed flooring installed in a hurry. we spoke with Kevin at 7 pm and told him what we needed. he showed up with the installation crew at 9:30 the next morning. I have to say not only was I impressed with the service but even more impressed with the amazing crew who worked extremely hard to get the job done. these folks are respectful and you have absolutely nothing to worry about, they treat your home as if it was there own. the completed job included flooring downstair, upstairs and a challenging staircase. Kevin and his talented crew exceeded our expectations and provided us with a beautiful floor that we get compliments. Hire with confidence and you'll get the best service and truly professional installation. Dont waste your money on the big name stores, this is the only way to go!

The idea of a full remodel of my home was incredibly daunting to me! Kevin provided his professional expertise, point of view and did an outstanding job explaining and walking me through the process.This was a large project of a 3 story townhome that included carpet removal, and installation of wood flooring, removal and replacement of backsplash in my kitchen, full remodel of my fireplace and garage floor refinish. Following is how I rate my experience:Expertise: Five starts for walking me through the process and making sure I felt comfortable. Explaining the products we were using and making the recommendations that best fit my budget and lifestyle.Quality: Kevins main focus throughout the entire process was on how to deliver the highest quality job. He consistently checked in on the progress and made sure I was feeling good about the quality throughout the project.Timing: This project was delivered at an incredibly fast pace without sacrificing quality.Customer Service: Kevin is very good at follow up, answering the phone/responding right away.
