Debbie and Kevin turned our dream cottage into reality by attending to every last detail as if it was their own home. They bring a personal touch that begins at the first meeting and continues long after the home is built. If there is a way to make it work they will do it; their flexibility and can do approach took the stress out of the process and Debbie's evening emails with daily progress pictures made it feel like we were there onsite. FAQs

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well, our whole family is in some kind of construction. My husband & I decided one day to build spec homes and people came to us for custom. I had a house built before by another builder that ended up being a nightmare, which later ended in my divorce. The builder raked us, (ex & I), over the coal and stole lots of monies. I vowed that I would make the building process a great one for people that I built for, and that is what I have done and continue to do. It is one of my biggest goals.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Custom Home building vs. remodel is about 50/50. We have remodeled small jobs and large jobs. We have built custom homes as large as 10,000 sq. ft. and specs and other homes as small as 1,200 sq. ft. No job is too large or small. We treat each and every job the same. Custom is custom, remodel is remodel. What ever someone wants is what we provide.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish new customers knew that we are honest and strive to do our best. Old customers know that. We love what we do and have fun doing it. Our teamwork is the best. Our guys have been on board for many years now. We don't change hands and wish for the best. We have the best. We are very proud of our team. They know what we expect and they never fall short. Our team is honest and hard working. There is no one on our team that a customer can not relate with or feel uncomfortable with.
