Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure they are Licensed & Insured. Check to see that they are members of the Better Business Bureau. Make sure they collect a deposit from you and can guarantee the bouncer will be reserved for you on your date. See if they can provide you with referrals or references.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Just make sure they are insured. You can check with the Texas Department of Insurance website.

A. Are you insured. How often do you clean and inspect your units? After every rental? Do you perform background checks on your employees? What is your rain policy?
