Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Start by checking references. Secondly, ask a few questions and see if they are pushing the hard sell. Don't be shy about asking for the experience of the tech servicing your computer. Thirdly and foremost, ask how they intend to protect your data. After all the data is worth more than the computer itself.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We don't talk about customer service, we live it. Ask any of our customers and you will find that we do "walk the walk"

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Cost. It is always a factor. Don't spend more than your computer is worth. I typically ask about the age of the computer before I advise the client to repair their system.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. It's not really complicated. I have a flat fee for most services. I also use a three hour threshold on the hourly rate. Why fix your old computer if you can buy a new one for a few additional dollars. Remember that your data is the most expensive and most vunerable part of your system. If backups aren't regularly done you risk losing it forever...
