My husband and I are very pleased with your work the wood laminate floor looks great. I especially like how you made it look around the fire place, it looks like the floor was put in first and then the fireplace was built on top of the floor. Thank you for the great service and can't wait until we have you put in the kitchen tile.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is how my prices works, No upcharge! You get the same price I get for All materials. I don't have time to play games with your money. If I get a discount, so do you... simple as that. You pay for my knowledge/labor.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out as a helper for a flooring contractor on an "as needed basis". the man said I was his go-fer and would not teach me the process, so as my grandfather told me "it doesn't cost anything to pay attention" and I learned the trade and love it!
