Sebastian was nice and actually helpful when he came to evaluate the damages to my cabinet. He helped me file a claim with the insurance company. One of my issues with him though was punctuality; he usually doesn’t show up a the agreed time. He will eventually show up but not on schedule. My main issue with the contractors he uses is attention to detail. I had damaged to my dry wall and the cabinets. The work they did on the dry wall was almost perfect. The cabinets on the other hand were subpar. Attention to detail was lacking. They didn’t complete the job and never returned to finish it. He was going to give a quote on another job on the bathroom and took a piece of tile with him to look for an exact match. It has been over two weeks and he is not returning my tile which makes my point on punctuality. The bottom line is that Sebastian was nice and I would probably recommend him for paint job or dry wall job if it’s not urgent. But I will not recommend this contractor for cabinets job.

Hired Perfection Builders for a small bathroom remodel and they did not disappoint. The professionalism was top notch, and they also made my wife feel very comfortable. Top notch quality 10/10.

Overall, untrustworthy and unreliable. I could not get a straight forward contract out of them to save my life. Needed our bathroom gutted and remodeled, as well as other areas of the home. Nothing was itemized. No idea how much was allotted for tile that wasn’t yet selected, for example. We were on a serious time constriction for a smaller project (that I wanted to complete before an almost $50,000 bath reno on purpose, to ensure I could trust them) and he insisted we go ahead and get started before a contract was signed. He, Sebastian (one of the owners), had given me a price, and halfway through upped the cost. I called him out and he apologized, said he was embarrassed… told me I could pay what I thought was fair at the end of the job. He ended up ghosting me after a week of trying to contact him and my house was left completely undone. I have furniture moved all over the place, a chandelier hanging by the wires, half our garage space is taken up only allowing one car, etc… just completely ditched. I’m pregnant with a 2 year old, and am scrabbling to find someone else to complete this job. Sebastian is charming and very available to reach in the beginning, but there were a lot of red flags and I was proven right in my gut feeling.
