A. Do your homework. Check qualifications & abilities. Don't wait till the last minute. Give yourself time to make an informed decision.

A. I would want to know why I'm being led to an inspector by a Real Estate Agent. Choose your inspector yourself based on your needs & expectations.

#3 What do you do to differentiate yourself from your
competetion?
#4 How can I be sure your inspection will be done per
the TREC Standards of practice?

claim due to an error or omission on your part?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Are they ready for a Home Inspection. Have they picked out a home and have an Earnest Money Contract that has been accepted by a Seller? What are they expecting in a Home Inspection?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I strive to go the extra mile for my clients. My abilities are incomparable & I take each & every Inspection as if my grandmother were buying the home. I treat each client as they would expect to treated and I will not deliver an Inspection that I am not prepared to defend in Court.
