- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of the services that we offer is regular lawn maintenance and for this type of service we do have a standard price based on the size of the lot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the times we need to set up a time in order to meet with the client, to understand their needs and wants. After that, we will prepare an estimate and finally get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire several professionals with different skills and expertise given that no job will be the same.
