- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount for college students. If a customer buys a phone from me they also get a 15% discount for if anything went wrong with the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicating to them what all the issues are with their phone and given them a estimated time on when the repair will be done and the price. Customers pay once service is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a course over multiple different types of phones.
