- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) The customer visits website, and fills out the contact form which includes all their contact information and description of what they need in their project. 2) Presley will setup a time and a date for the initial meet and greet with customer over the phone/via video chat/a coffee shop. 3) After the first meeting, Presley will send out an email outlining all the information received and information that is needed to get started on the project. Customer payments will be laid out as per the discussion at the meeting. 4) Customer will pay retainer fee to book the date. 5) Customer and Presley will have an over the phone meeting to discuss any variables or concerns regarding the project. 6) One week prior to the project, Presley and Customer will have another meeting over the phone to revise and confirm all the details of the project. 7) Day of the project, Presley will arrive at the project site 30 minutes before the start time. Customer will have an opportunity to extend the project time if needed as per hourly charge agreement. 8) After the project is completed, Presley will discuss when the highlights(if there is one) and the proofs will be ready. 9) After the album update is provided to the customer, the customer will have 2 weeks to decide if they need any revisions to the edits. 10) After the edits are finalized, Presley will then release the gallery for downloads and the customer will have the opportunity to order high resolution files on a flash drive or prints. 11) Customer will have the opportunity to leave a review.

I have captured birthday parties, anniversary parties, religious events, concerts, weddings, solo portraits, family portraits, graduation portraits, graduation ceremony, engagement session, proposals, and headshots for various customers.
