Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Well we do alot of work with property managment companies and real estate brokers/investors and I persoanly want to eventually get into commercial real estate so therfore im gonna tackle both property maintnence and real estate
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. A 4 story time share resort building on Lake Conroe that was about 80,000 Sqft that we pressure washed with 1 towable boom lift that was 50ft with 2 guys in about 12 hours. On the front side of the building there were 3 walkways and the bottom level, 3 breeze ways and 12 sets of stairs. On the back side of the building, facing the water, were balconies for each unit. This is just 1 building we cleaned, there was a total of 11 of them.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes, but thats a secret
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Yes, actually I have something up my sleeve that Im gonna try and bring to the industry!!!???
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. We just finished cleaning a Alluminum Industrial Warehouse that was about 40,000 Sqft and about 50,000 Sqft of concrete and Restriped the parking lot. It took 3 days and its cost was $6,683.13
