Nikki's Kitchen was a lovely surprise. The presentation was inviting and the food was delicious. We served the international & domestic cheese tray with with Crackers, Chipotle Shrimp Skewers, Chicken Quesadillas and Seasonal Fruit. The Fruit was so sweet, the cheese and cracker tray had a variety of international cheeses and crackers and the shrimp and chicken was seasoned just right. There was nothing left, people were looking for more. Everything was presented in an appealing way. The pricing was the least expensive I found.
The only weak point was the it was not enough and I should have them stay and serve. I will know for the next time. I truly recommend Nikki's Kitchen for your next catered event.
