The GTT services were prompt and excellent. The staff works patiently with you spending enough time to troubleshoot and ascertain your unique technical hiccups and walks with you step by step, ruling out different causes until the final resolution is achieved. The cost is least expansive. Mr. Abid Khan is exceedingly helpful, courteous and highly professional. He appeared very proficient in both hardware and software predicaments covering both PC and Mac systems. I will highly recommend him.

I used Mr Abid Khan for some personal computer services. He diagnosed some issues with a printer and told me that the cost of repairs($150.00) was not good value. I went out and bought a new printer for about $50.00.
Mr Khan did not charge me for the evaluation. I realized that I would need some help installing the new printer because it needed to be set up on both a desk top and a lap top(wireless).
Mr. Khan came to my home and did the installation without any problems. I am very glad that I called him for his services. Mr Khan is polite, professional and courteous. I would gladly call him again and feel comfortable having come to my home. I highly recommend him for any computer services you may need.– Tim
