We offer classes in Tae Kwon Do, self-defense, Pka kickboxing, stick, knife, and Olympic style Tae Kwon Do competition. We are an AAU member and USAT member school.
Master Shadden is an AAU and USTA certified referee and coach. We offer class for ages 4-adult. We have something for everyone, whether you want to lose weight, build confidence, endurance training, and build self-esteem. Central Texas Tae Kwon Do has the best family packages around. We are also part of the Haidong Gumdo Association (Traditional Korean Sword ) and so we will be starting our new sword program for Black Belts and Adults
