Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. I work at Renaissance Festivals all over the United States. I enjoy the different climates and the fabulous people having a good time.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I do french style hair braiding. I can do short hair that hits the collar if it is one length. Longer layers are ok but limit you to a few hairstyles.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I braid 2,3,4,5,7 and 9 strands of hair at once to create unusual braided updo's for any occasion. I can combine traditional styles with braiding to create a one of a kind red carpet hairstyle.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Creating with hair is my art form. I enjoy meeting different people on a regular basis and sharing in their joy and excitement about their event. Whether it is a special occasion, party or a night on the town I love doing hair to make you look fabulous.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I can work with any kind of hair whether it is short, long, frizzy, curly, thick or thin. I can create a fabulous style for any occasion that you will love.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. My friend and mentor Cindy, taught me how to braid when I was pregnant with my son and looking for work. It was a fabulous opportunity and after 2 years of apprenticeship and hard work I can not imagine doing anything else.
