FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I dont know what to mention about our pricing, but will say that we are fair. We dont underbid to win job then cheap out on the quality and manpower later and we dont overbid and screw hardworking people over. Call us anyways. We do not mind throwing our number and hats into the ring to earn your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Rather it's an insurance claim or not, a member of our team will come to inspect, consult with you, take notes and document the project. After that the notes are shared to our entire team and everyone looks at your project and collaborate ideas to find the best options for price and quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone that is apart of our team is skilled and has respect for their preferred field. They have learn and combined past jobs experiences to make them trustworthy and no doubt they have made mistakes, but they have learned from them and are better for it. I trust all them, college graduate or not. We all attend seminars and conventions to continue our education when we can, but those get togethers seem to be money grabs for big corporations trying to push the screw driver or the ford truck fleets in your face.
