Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Definitely any measurements on projects, types of materials if it is a repair. With painting: room size, wall and ceiling texture, color on walls now and color to cover; If ceilings are being painted then how tall they are, and how many windows and doors and if any trim or doors will need painted, and if furniture will need to be moved.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We guarantee our work for up to a full year. We are locally owned and operated and the same technician that does the estimate will return to do the work for the customer.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Rates-how much certain repairs will cost.
We can often give them an estimate over the phone but we are always glad to come out and give a written estimate. Customers also send pictures and inspection reports over via email and can get a written estimate that way.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Not all Handymen are equal!! Anyone can advertise as a Handyman, but they may not be there when you have a problem and need them to return or warranty their work. Check a prospective company out on the internet-see how professional their website or ads are; and then contact them by phone and see if they answer or if you get voice mail.

A. We have an hourly rate, however some projects are estimated on a flat rate instead. Usually flat rates are given for painting jobs or larger projects so the customer knows exactly what they will pay-even if the technician runs into a problem and takes longer. Estimates are gladly given and ALWAYS free!
