Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Get referals from friends, family, and neighbors. Trust their judgement, but verify that the company they recomend is also a member of the BBB in good standing. Also if you know a super hard to please person, find out who they use. Chances are, whatever company makes them happy, will be able to please you too.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We treat your home or business as if it was our own. Repairs are suggested based on your best interest, rather than our bottom line. We take the time to fully explain all of your options, and repairs we make are backed for 1 whole year,(Parts and Labor).

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. OTHER COMPANIES CHARGE LESS FOR THEIR SERVICE CALL, WHY DON'T YOU?
Truth is, there is a real, fixed cost in running a service call to a home or business. We price our service call to cover those expences. Other who charge less are more likely to apply pressure to make expensive, or worse, unneeded repairs to off set their loss on the service call costs.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. It's the little things that matter the most:
An A/C system that is under charged by as little as 10%, can cause it to use up to 20% more electricity to cool your home or business. Since your A/C is responsible for 65% of your electric bill. That 10% under charge could be costing you lot more than you think.
