Thomas and team updated our master bathroom. The entire process took about a month to complete (we would have liked sooner but the work quality was excellent so we didn't mind the wait). Thomas was in constant contact with us during the process concerning design choices and every phase of the construction process was explained. He did a great job and the quality of his work is evident every day when we see our new gorgious bathroom. The project has been complete about a month or more now and I have had absolutely no issues. Tile work, painting, electrical, plumbing...everything is working and looks beautiful. We are very happy with Thomas and his team and would recommend his services to anyone.

I called Thomas to fix up some cabinets in our kitchen that had begun falling - literally. We have a peninsula, and one end had been slowly lowering over time. Thomas came out the next day and wowed us with his know-how and also with a very reasonable price. He was very flexible with setting up the appointment, and arrived on time the day of the job. Thomas did a great job of repairing our cabinets, and even repaired a few other minor issues he saw needed done as well (loose drawer pulls, touched-up some paint, caulking around some molding we had replaced, etc) at no additional charge! He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and my husband and I would definitely recommend his services!

Thomas Crofts is an excellent contractor. He did our complete Master Bath renovation, and it looks great! I look forward to our next big project -- a complete kitchen remodel.

I met Thomas a little over a year ago and referred him to several friends who wanted quality work. They were very pleased and have called him for additional work. I recently called him to install a storm door for me and while he was here he changed a tiolet tank assembly and a/c filters. He is very conscientious and professioal in his work. As the need arrises I will call him again.

Before I moved into my house, Thomas painted the entire inside of the house. He did an excellent job and even gave me some great suggestions for painting. He also installed and painted crown molding in my living room and kitchen. Many complicated angles and corners. Later Thomas installed a french door for my office and crown molding in my master bedroom and bath. He was very careful with all the angles. He also built a concrete ramp and added a hose faucet in my backyard. I would not hesitate to have Thomas work for me again. Very professional.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When you hire a contractor please get three bids to compare costs. But lets not just look at the cost ! Take a good look at the ( what am I getting for the low cost ). Anybody can give you the lowest price but will they charge you for work not mentioned on the bid or in the contract. Or will you get cheap work. Like cutting corners that seam to show up a few months later. Only to cost you more money? So look hard at what you are being offered.
