- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For equipment repairs we do have a service call rate of $160 for the first hour, which covers all diagnosing and troubleshooting the problem(s), and is applied to the repair invoice. For remodels, equipment upgrades, and new pool design and construction we provide free consultations and estimates. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Zelle and bank transfer. Cash/check discounts. Financing options may be available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Equipment Repair & Upgrade* We will discuss the symptoms and inspect the equipment in order to diagnose the problem. You will have a clear understanding of the problem and work needed to remedy it and an estimate will be provided. Upon acceptance of the estimate, we will either repair the same day, if possible, or schedule the work for the soonest availability. *Remodel* We will discuss what you're wanting to do with your pool and the process by which we can make it that way. Replaster, tile and coping, decking, water features, etc. Upon approval of the estimate we work to make your pool look brand new again. *New Design & Construction* A free consultation will be scheduled where we will discuss your ideas and visions of what you’re looking for in your new backyard swimming pool. We will take photos and measurements, then design your new custom swimming pool using state of the art 3D software. We will then work together to work out any design details before we begin construction. Then, we are in contact with you throughout the entire process of building your swimming pool.
