I hired Mr. Thoene for $85 to locate an individual so that I could file court papers. Mr. Thoene provided me with an address, and I used that address to file the court papers. The address turned out to be wrong; the individual had not lived at that address in over 8 months, and I lost the $191 that it cost to file the court papers. Mr. Thoene had previously promised to give me a full refund if he was unable to find anything; but in the end, after he was unsuccessful and it was time for him to give me a refund, he refused and untruthfully stated that he had given me information. In reality, the information that he claims to have given me, minus the old address, is information that I have already provided to him. I'm very disappointed.

King hired us to locate a dresses for a subject not to actually find the person. She was told that if no knew information was found she would get a refund. 2 new addresses she did not have were found therefore she was not refunded. The subject was no longer living at the address.

When contemplating hiring a security/investigation company, several factors will need to be considered. -Experience -References -Support -Rate In that order! An experienced investigative team, will often times use their skill and resources to complete an assignment in fewer billable hours than a less capable firm. You must weight the higher rate / higher success of an experience team versus the lower rate / higher risk of an inexperience team. Something to think about.
