After 17 years, our hot water heater wore out. We were without hot water for three days. When I called Comfort Experts Monday morning they got right on it and by Monday afternoon we were enjoying hot water again. Excellent service, very professional, and knowledgeable.

Jose and Allen just finished my complete new HVAC system as well as a much needed duct cleaning and I am very happy and pleased with the wonderful job they did. From the very start when William M. came to my house very quickly to do the inspection of my old system and to give me a few different options I could choose from for a new system to the complete installation today by Jose and Allen, I've been treated fairly, respectfully, and kindly. And I am Super Happy with the system I chose as it will help me greatly with the air quality in my home as I have asthma. With everything included, I am totally satisfied with the high quality of service and the price. (I did shop around and chose Comfort Experts due to the high acclaim they receive from others...and they lived up to every one of those 5 star reviews. They have another one from me.) Thank you so much Jose, Allen and Michael! You're the greatest!!!! Oh yeah, they also made sure an old tech-challenged person like me could understand and use the new thermostat as well as showing me everything I need to know about the whole system.

We ended up not hiring them. We were given several different quotes and then the plumber said he could do something to hold us over for a few days which cost us $100. After he left there was a leak which we did not have before. He needed to come back but they wanted to charge us another $100 even though this leak was their fault. Then there was a problem with directions even though I specifically told them what town we lived in. I just didn’t feel comfortable with everything so I chose not to hire them.
