Doug was outstanding. Even though the drive from his home to mine was approximately one hour, his demeanor and promptness would indicate that the drive only took 10 minutes. He installed a garbage disposal, recaulked my bath tub, and replaced two toilet seats. He was done in about an hour. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. I was so impressed by his work and attitude, I intend to call him for all of my future household service needs.
