A. I am a prior Marine with a passion for health and fitness. I enjoy showing people how strong they are and leading them towards their fitness goals. We celebrate together!

A. Helping people reach their goals. Helping people discover their strengths and build upon them. Guiding them towards a healthier lifestyle and then helping them imcorporate that to their family and to their community.
