A. Professional service, guareentee installation for one year, giving the customer the satisfaction of improving their homes.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Meeting new people all the time and being in different locations. Looking at the customers faces when the job is done to their satisfaction and knowing they're pleased with my work.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How long will the job take. They ask if things should be moved or if I move them. My answer is - always different because some homes have more things to move than others. But I always try to get the job done in a timely manner and don't ever pull off one job to finish another. Moving things is always good for the customer to do, unless they are unable to. Then we'll make arrangements to move things.
