Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We do not mind spending a little extra time with our customers educatting them on things they can take care of so things last longer & they don't have to keep spending their hard earned money!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Enteracting with customers. Not being in one place 8 hrs a day. Viewing the different parts of the DFW area. Know I have made customers feel as though they are "old friends".
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How do I keep roots out of my sewer lines?
My answer: Add copper sulfate to your toilet at least every 2 wks.
How do I eliminate odor comming from garbage disposal?
My answer: Add anything citrus ie; lemons or lemon juice, oranges or orange juice, etc. to their drains at least once a week.
