- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i bill on hourly per project basis. an estimate is always given contingent on a discussion with the client and their needs. i have a non-profit rate and several commercial rates that take into account the size of a company. commercial rates are divided into consultant size business or medium size corporation or large size manufacturing and corporations. i sometimes factor in local reach vs. regional and national or international reach.

ask questions and look for people who ask questions. style can be replicated, learn the capabilities of your people.

it is a complex process to achieve accuracy and yield simplicity.
