Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Search for an inspector that has experience in the construction trades, not just a two week class. For example, both our inspectors have a combined total of 46 years experience from the construction and engineering trades. Former general contractor and foreman on construction jobs. We know what we are looking at.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Questions to ask an inspector before hiring one. For example, how many years have you been in businees? What do you inspect? What type of report will I get, one with check boxes or explanations? What experience do you have?

A. Have you ever worked in the construction trade and how many years did you work in it? What qualifies you to be a home inspector?
