Yes... I have an exceptional library of books about cuisines from around the world and I also read a lot of the culinary magazines as well as take trips for research and development
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for food and I have been a Chef for 20 years and I wanted to do my own style of cuisine...
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of corporate event, private events and some weddings but we are expanding into the wedding market this year
