- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason that's not an emergency, please give me a 24-hour notice. This helps me keep my schedule full. If short notice is given, or you don't show up for your appointment, I will need to charge a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session. In most cases, I will not contact you to remind you of your appointments. Part of improving yourself is learning self-reliance, which means taking responsibility for your own schedule!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will spend some time getting to know you and finding out your goals/aspirations for getting coaching, then we will dive in to assessing what changes need to be made, little by little, to build yourself up!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master of science in counseling, integrative nutrition and medicine training, trauma-informed yoga training, and a yoga teacher training certificate earned in India.
