- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know most all the water sources in N. Utah. We ask our clients a few questions like: is the basement finished? Is there access to the water main? How many bathrooms? What is the water source? Answers to these and more questions allow us to give a proper quote without having to come to the home. Our goal is to answer your questions, send great information via email, give a firm quote and come install the equipment you want when you are ready. Many people don't want a salesperson in the home to talk people into things. That is why we inform our clients, answer questions and when they are comfortable we come and do the work. If the client wants us to come out and discuss things prior to purchasing we will do this also. We don't try to get our clients to sign contracts or pay money up front - no pressure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Mechanical Engineers degree and have worked in Industrial, municipal, commercial and then residential water treatment since 1981. My partner has been doing water treatment service and installs for more than 10 years with construction background. We are licensed and insured to handle any residential water treatment service and installs.
