- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure to have a plan of what you are trying to achieve. Then make sure that you and your contractor can envision some of the same ideas. A contractor that has been around will have plenty of ideas, but again make sure your getting what you want not what the contractor wants you to have. Friendships are great but business is business. Keep it very professional through-out the project. The ball has got to be in your court or some contractors will find ways to take advantage of you. Finally have a not good but GREAT typed out contract so you ensure that all is done when the contractor gives the final bill.
