Therapeutic Relaxation - Traditional full-body Swedish massage with added Deep Tissue, Segmental, and Trigger Point techniques as needed. Each session is tailored to each individual, focusing on any problem areas. Preference of light to firm pressure is always respected.
Full-Body Tension Reliever - "Clothes on" massage that includes muscle compression, trigger point, Shiatsu, and stretching. This modality can be an introduction for those who are not yet familiar or comfortable with traditional massage. Preference of light to firm pressure is always respected.
Chair Massage - Relieving, relaxing massage for the neck, back and arms.
Foot Reflexology - Manipulating reflex areas of the feet for treatment of the entire body, includes relaxing foot massage.
Segmental Rehabilitation - Targets specific areas to help relieve chronic and sub-acute pain. This technique can also be part of the Therapeutic Relaxation Massage.
Acutherapy - "Clothes on" energy therapy that uses a light touch to access neuromuscular energy channels of the body. This relaxing therapy helps reduce stress, promote pain relief, and aid injury rehabilitation. Can be used in circumstances where other modalities may not be recommended.
