Jc and his team did a wonderful job on my bathroom tile. my bathroom is very old, but they were very transparent and recommended I get my appliances checked out before they installed the tile since there were some signs of past water damage and they would feel bad if they installed the tile and it were to be ruined by a future flood or appliance replacement which I really appreciated even though they were already at my home ready to do the job. they came back the next day after I got the clear on everything and installed and finished the floor the following day. They were super flexible and very communicative. JC is very knowledgeable especially on older homes like mine - I will definitely be using them again when we renovate our kitchen and highly recommend this company.

Our bathroom floor and new vanity looks beautiful JC.was.great to work with - very responsive, punctual, and knowledgeable. Although it was a small job they were willing to give an in person bid. We appreciated that.

Working with JC and his crew for my backsplash project was great! When I called JC for an estimate he was in the area and showed up quickly, gave my estimate quickly, was reasonable and I was placed on the schedule as soon as he could do it. JC and his crew are very professional, experts at their craft and communicated with us on every detail. Eliseo is very patient and respectable about keeping your area clean too! After the work was done, I noticed a small problem with the tile and called JC, he said no worries we will get it fixed and he promptly had the problem resolved in no time! This Premium Contracting is easy to work with and has awesome customer service, dont hesitate to call JC for all your tiling, you wont be disappointed! We provide transparent pricing and our price will not deviate unless you request additional work to be done after the project has begun. (At which time your bid will be updated and sent to you).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by having a detailed conversation about how you envision your tile installation. We then schedule the project after understanding what roles each party will be responsible for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thorough understanding of ANSI requirements and TCNA, NTCA guidelines. Training in several methods of shower pan installation. Training in multiple water proofing methods including Schluter Systems.
