protech or really (amateur tech) was hmmmmm well just plain strange on the phone. i think he was in bed and i woke him up. anyway.... a 40s something man arrived in an unmarked vehicle no uniform and kinda was just wierd like "uh can i come in uh duh all awkward and scared. as if he had something to hide. well whatever. he fixed door dirt cheap it broke 3 weeks later. u get what u pay for . i called garage works and todd set it straight. phil osoro is a wierdo. hide your family
