-Go to any other conventional gym and they will push supplements on you or tell you that their trainers are not qualified for nutrition.

(3) We are lifestyle change based
-This means that we will not just tell you to do 3 sets of 10, take your money and tell you thanks?. As you will read in our Mission Statement, out goal is to teach you lifestyle change habits that will serve you for the rest of your life and not just the time that you are training with us. We know that we expect a lot from us and we will expect a lot from you as well as we truly are trying to change your life for the good forever.
-After you receive your customized resistance, cardiovascular, and nutritional programs, your will be held accountable to them every time you meet with your trainer without fail. We want you to succeed with your goals and we will make sure that you do!
-The Personal Training industry is saturated with so-called personal trainers. The problem is that few of them are qualified. Former high school athletes or recreational bodybuilders is all that it takes to become a trainer today along with a 2-day web-based seminar certification. In our opinion this is appalling.
-All of our trainers hold at least a 4 year degree in Exercise Science and a Post-Graduate Certification through accredited organizations such as the ACSM, NSCA, or ACE. These institutions require vigorous study and application before certification is granted.
