Pricing options:
New Residential Projects: $1.15 per square foot, this includes engineering.
Residential additions and basement finishes: $40.00 per hour, engineering extra.
Professional drafting services: $40.00 per hour
SketchUp models: $100-$1500 depending on complexity of model (Free with all new residential projects.)
Although CornerStone Planning is not a licensed Architect or Engineer, we are in collaboration with licensed professionals from both of these disciplines.
