- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my sessions have a creative fee that is due upon booking. Once your session takes place, the creative fee will then be used as a print credit and will be applied towards your final purchase. My clients typically spend anywhere from $300 to $2500+ on their portraits. There is no minimum purchase requirement so you only purchase the portraits you want. I also offer installment payment plans with zero interest for 3 or 6 months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage all my clients to meet for a complimentary consultation. This gives us the chance to meet in person and I can answer any questions you have about booking your portrait session. We can also begin the planning process and start designing your perfect session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing newborn photography for the last 8 years and I have attended some of the best newborn training seminars. Every year I like to practice and improved my skills with newborn posing and safety.
