We provide cleaning services, of any kind and size, in Utah county and Salt Lake county. We do move out/in, weekly, bi-weekly,
monthly and bi-monthly cleaning. We also offer one-time cleanup.

We have an experienced and friendly team with all products, supplies and equipment. We give a clear, honest and convenient deal.

    My experience with Silver Home was so awful that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I bought two cleaning packages from livingsocial and was so excited to get 3 hours of cleaning for myself and 3 hours of cleaning for a gift. Here were the problems. 1. When I called to schedule, they didn't have any openings for over a month. 2. When they were supposed to come, I needed to be home to let them in to my mother's house (this was for the gift). I left work and went to her house but they were over an hour late. 3. She spoke no English, so there was no communication whatsoever. 4. The living social deal said a "team" and one lady showed up with a bucket, a mop, and a bottle of fantasik. No rags, sponges, paper towels, vacuum or anything. I asked if she needed to use mine but she didn't speak English. 5. She worked for less than 90 minutes (remember I purchased 3 hours) and then left! I guess she counted the hour she was late into her working time. 6. She did such a terrible job that my mother cried when she got home and saw my gift to her.
    I rescheduled and had an actual "team" of three non english speaking ladies show up. This time they stayed for almost an hour. My mother was there and cleaned alongside them to show them how to do it. Finally, she gave up and said they could go. It was an epic fail as a gift. My mother was so upset. I was so upset. I've never seen such poor business in my life! It was such a fail that I let my living social go to waste. It was better than dealing with the horrible company. Do NOT waste your time with this cleaning service. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

    You probably confuse with other company, because we have no people that not speak English, we have a very good selected product (only use our own products, eco-friendly but the oven cleaner). A. House Cleaning Service weekly, bi-weekly and empty properties cleaning services. Like, rental properties, move out/in, vacancy properties.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Looking for references, or web presence. Verify the address of the company and if is register with the state. Ask for a free estimate with job description. Ask for the company identification on document that you can see. Finally ask for guaranty on the job and what would happen if you are not satisfied with the job.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Well. if me are a customer I'll like have some paper with the estimate price and job description before agree the deal, and I'll sign some conform after check if I liked the job.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our honestly, hard work on cleaning service is the main difference with other house cleaning companies. The excellence of the quality is our obsession. We take the customer satisfaction to the top level.
Our policy is: Safety, Quality, Speed, (we call "S Q S").

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Obviously we do money with our job, but the better compensation, (and this don't have price) is the customers face when doing the final checking of our job and says: "Wow, this smell very good, great job guys"

A. Are the supplies included? Yes, we always included supplies and equipment on our free estimates.
I have some guaranty for your job? Yes, our job is absolutely guarantee
and we write down a document to support that.

A. I remember many stories, with similar content.
Is the case when the customer is not happy with the price because they pay less before, to other people to do this job.
When they check our work, they happily pay the price and give a generous tip, saying " I never see my home like that"

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. We are a small company with big services, family oriented, our principal publicity is by customers to others.
We just try to give a convenient house cleaning service to our local people and slowly growing up to get more happy customers.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. All my live, I love the service business, and my wife love to clean. So we decide put a house cleaning company together.
Our personal is carefully training for her with special attention to details.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We clean any kind of properties but some times we get really big houses.
One of this was a 10.000 sq. ft. and they have open house show, so, our work, was seen by hundreds of persons.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. We assist regularly to the meeting of the chamber of commerce of Lehi, and continues doing research on the web to keep on top, on the house cleaning services.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. We don't have expectation about big change in our business.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. Every day we have a average of 8 jobs. Normally we spend 2 to 6 hours, depending of how many people is involved.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. We give a free estimates or charge by hours worked depending of the customer preference.
