Glen was very professional, helpful, and proactive. Though the case ended up getting dismissed I was very happy to have him representing me.

Was very impressed with Glen's knowledge and actions he took during my case. I would call with questions and always had a response with in the hour. Most times Glen would be availiable to answer the phone with in a couple rings. I was also impressed with his honesty, if he couldn't answer a question he would always find out the correct answer and let me know. I would recommend his service with out hesitation.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Hire the best lawyer you can. Do not hire a general practitioner to do brain surgery. Likewise, hire a specialist in DUI Defense. You have 10 days to request a drivers license hearing. The quicker you contact a lawyer, the better.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Never ever give up. Many people think that because a machine said they are over the limit, they must be guilty. More times than not, because of police errors, or machine error, the citizen can and will be found not guilty.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. 1. How many cases have you taken to trial?
2. Do you do any other type of law?
3. How often do your clients plead guilty to DUI?
4. What seminars do you attend?
5. Are you trained and certified as a participant and instructor in Standard Field Sobriety Tests.
6. Do you own your own intoxilyzer?
7. Have you toured the toxicology lab in Utah?
8. What motions do you file?
9. Are you looking to get my case dismissed, or are you looking for a plea bargain?
10. What is your strategy to help me with my case?
11. How many years have you defended DUIs?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Please research me on review sites such as Avvo.com.
Look for reviews on the internet and call other lawyers to see what they think. You will get what you pay for. I have taken over many cases from other lawyers who told them to take a plea bargain, only to find out there was crucial evidence the other lawyer missed. This is a specialty area. Do not bargain hunt for this type of case. A charge of DUI can have long lasting affects on your job, career, your driving, insurance, and family.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I take most of my cases to trial. I'm not going to back down when the prosecutor says "no deal." Because I specialize in DUI Defense, I have the ability to see issues that other lawyers miss.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Simply put, helping people. There is nothing more rewarding than at the end of a case, a client coming up and saying thank you. In fact, it is even more rewarding when the client's family recognizes the work that has been done, the time, the effort, and the sacrifice that has been put in the case. I love fighting for my clients. I love taking the case to trial. I love when a prosecutor says no deals. My response is "fine, we go to trial."
