Several months ago, I purchased a 3 month program with a personal trainer. I had great intentions of following through and actually made the FIRST phone call. John did not give up on me and continued to phone me until our schedules finally meshed. I have found John to be dedicated, caring and always professional. It is hard to be overweight and out of shape and step into a gym. John has made me feel valued and safe. He pushes me and encourages me without making me feel stupid or whimpy. He knowledgeable and I love the fact that while he does push me, he does not expect me to tough it out and work through the pain. For example, this Friday, my back was very sore. He worked my upper body and then had me stretch out. I later visited my chiropractor and he adjusted my back. End of pain. I am so glad John didn't just tell me to tough it out. I could have done more damage.

Do Performance and Fitness provides the best all around fitness program in the area. John is very good at what he does. He pushes you to do your best and teaches you along the way. He is never pushy or overbearing but explains to you what the exercises will do for you. He is great to work with and I recommend him to be your personal trainer!

These guys really know what they're doing! They not only care about making you work hard durin the workouts, but there are nutrition guidelines and the trainers are very interested and involved in your healthy habits and well being on your journey to a healthy, stronger, better you! I've learned so much in my time training. I have muscles I never knew existed and I truly feel healthy and like I am making a positive change in my life! Thanks!

I've only been working out with John at Do Performance and Fitness for 2 months now, but I have been impressed with Johns knowledge and ability to help each of us in our efforts to be healthy and active.I enjoy and appreciate the daily emails on nutrition and fitness and the easy going atmosphere he provides. It makes the hard work worth it!
