A. Ask for references. Go with your gut feeling. Many companies can talk a great talk but you need to find one that doesn't just talk but shows results.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would want to know the weekly reports of security checks to verify people are checking. Sometimes y
ou get what you pay for and cheapest isn't always best. I would ask that all employees be background checked.
