Introduction: The work done by ICleanWindows is unsurpassed in attention to detail, speed of jobs performed, and prices that reflect a job well done with new tools and care for the home owners needs for prompt service and follow through. I call when I hit the road towards the job site to let the owner know they will not be stood up or guessing where I am. I use eco-friendly detergents, and tools that other guys skip out on using, in order to get the deepest clean and the best shine. I use natural fiber and micro-fiber cloths as well as recycled surgical cloth. The others might use household cleaners in spray bottles and if you are lucky, a new squeegee. I have tools that I use to remove paint over-spray, splashes newspaper ink, and getting into the tiny spaces in the window frames. I clean the door treads and runners of your slider doors as well has washing the door's exteriors and hardware. THIS ISN'T JUST WINDEX AND PAPER TOWEL SERVICE. THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD USE A REAL PRO. What I like most about my job is the instant gratification I get from cleaning that first window really well. I get to repeat that on the next frame. My customers get instant results and usually say, "You know Phill, I have never seen my windows that clean." I have repeat business and my clients trust me in there homes. They introduce me to their family, friends and neighbors.

WOW just wow! Phil knows his craft, he had his work cut out for him, I think Phil liked the challenge! We had never had our windows professionally cleaned and they showed it, 10 hours later all 26-30 windows looked like shimmering mirrors they were a site to behold, they looked so beautiful, sparkling and clean that I haven't had the heart to put all the curtains back up. Phil is a true professional, smart, polite and so knowledgable of all things windows, impeccable work and work ethic, so you won't be surprised to know we are having him back to do our gutters and a fall cleaning as well. I Clean Windows, LLC did exactly that they said they would do, but even better. I used this service for my home & my business to clean over 40 windows. My home windows are over 15 years old and looks as clean as they did when I first built my home. Their attention to every detail was undeniable as all of the screens were removed, cleaned thoroughly, and replaced. My business has over 30 floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows that now look impeccable since I Clean Windows, LLC detailed them by washing and shining all of the granite around the windows to make them look bright & inviting which is so important on a busy main street in a city. I Clean Windows, LLC was ever so accommodating to my schedule even when re-scheduling several times due to inclement weather. My most common types of jobs: Full Detail, Inside and Out, With Handwashed Screens. This is the service that you want to get if its your first time in a few years. It is also a great service to get if you just moved in and want to erase the old smudges and stains of the old residences. The "quick once over" is a good service if it hasn't been too long since the last pro came. This service is your quick-and-easy service with a deal of a price. It is still by the hourly rate, but the job takes a lot less time. Example: Summer home is near the beach and you spend a lot of time there. Lots of fog, rain and sand....Full Detail service will take away the green and black spots on the vinyl and get the sand out of the sills and screens. Summer home got cleaned in the last year with a full detail and just needs a shine before the new renters come in...get the "quick-once-over" service.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
While searching for a pro window washer check to see if the estimates are in writing. Ask if there are any factors that during the job might cause the estimate to rise. Ask if the service is "detailing" or "just mop and squeegee" or "Windex style spray and paper". Not all services are the same. You will want an eco-friendly detergent that will not discolor paint or smear like newspaper or leave dust behind like paper towels. Use a window cleaner that uses stainless steel razor blades for a full deep down shine that makes your windows shimmer.
