Shawn is an ISSA-certified personal trainer and is currently finishing his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at Utah Valley University. He completed an internship at EXL in 2009 and has continued training at EXL ever since. He has improved the overall fitness level of many clients, utilizing strength and cardio training.
Shawn currently heads the EXL Cardio Camp, an interval training class utilizing state-of-the-art exercises backed up with science and research to spike metabolism and encourage a healthy weight. He also teaches that nutrition and exercise are interrelated and that in order to get a significant body transformation, you need both. He also knows that intensity is key to exercise to get great results; he is willing and ready to push you as hard as you want.
Shawn loves being active and knows being fit affects all areas of life in a positive way! He is amazed at how much the body can do when we decide not to give into walls and false beliefs that limit our abilities and capacity to accomplish goals.
