I wasn’t too thrilled with most of the process with Clover. They weren’t clear on when they would get here and didn’t give me a heads up when they were on their way, they just showed up. They said they would call/text with questions while in the job. They did not and then made decisions without consulting me and then wanted to charge me $50 more than we agreed on. A lot of the weeds weren’t pulled up by the root and are now growing back. I know I had a limit on what I wanted to pay but I would have appreciated more communication and more focus on one area instead of half as good of a job on all the areas.
