My home is beautifully remodeled thanks to Jean and his crew. They are great to work with through all phases of construction and finishing. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Take the time to call references. References are the main source for small business who generate most of their business via word of mouth. Also, make sure that your providers are licensed and insured!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. It is great when you find a contractor that educates you along the way, not only sells. The education in the process helps to understand the process and labor involved in the project.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. The most important thing a consumer should do when making the decision to hire a service professional is check the list of references provided. If you have the chance to walk thru a completed project, take advantage of that opportunity. Also, compare your bids, ask questions, making sure you are comparing "apples" to "apples".
