Introduction: Let me introduce myself, My name is Ceza and I am from Poland. I have been taking photos since 2010 and my biggest passion is outdoors. I love taking photos of people using natural life and the outdoor setting. I first listen to your stories and then we create the right environment and atmosphere where you will feel safe, beautiful and comfortable. Notes to self was created with an intention of making photographs a way of expressing self love and the beauty that sometimes stays dormant in us and throughout the photography we let our light shine and make ourselves feel beautiful and vibrant. The main purpose of taking photos is to have fun and to feel at ease- and this is always what I aim for during all the photography sessions I offer. So whether it is an engagement photoshoot, couples portrait or a self discovery session, I make sure the outcome is radiating and full of breathtaking photographs that you will want to print and hang all over your house and share with the rest of the world.

The whole experience was magical. From our initial texts - me having a loose idea of what I want- to her lovely suggestions of what would work best for my vision. Let me also say I am camera shy & had been putting off getting headshots because I was so nervous. As soon as I met her I was put at ease. Ceza is a calm, creative, supportive presence. My wife and I loved Ceza’s photos she took for our wedding! We had a very small religious ceremony but we still wanted pictures of us to remember the event, so we just wanted to find something that wasn’t too expensive. We ended up finding the perfect photographer for us. She was really able to capture “us”, even though neither of us had much experience getting our pictures taken. She also sent us the photos very fast, we received them back before our friends who had gotten married two weeks before us. We’re very happy with the way our photos turned out and would definitely recommend Ceza to anyone who needs professional, fun, and memorable photos.

We loved our experience with Ceza! We initially picked her because we liked her artistic style and she definitely brought that to the photo shoot! We aren’t very familiar with professional photography so we appreciated all of her ideas and suggestions. She’s so kind and fun to work with and the pictures came back beautiful! We love all the pictures she took. She way she used the colors and lights of our environment was beautiful.

Ceza was the best photographer we could have asked for in the Salt Lake City area! My fiancé and I met her for an engagement photoshoot in Park City and she was super communicative and helpful with planning where to meet (especially since we were from out of town). She made the experience super fun and comfortable for us all while capturing the perfect scenery and moments (both posed and candid :)). We received our photos super quickly and were thrilled with the quality and moments she captured. Looking forward to another photoshoot with Ceza in the future!

Prices vary upon a shoot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask a few questions of my new customers so I can get to know them a little bit better, since it is hard to be in front of a camera, not to mention to work with a stranger. We chat, I usually play with the settings pretending like I am not yet taking photos and that way they are not nervous to hear the shutter ;)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied history of art, read many books and magazines on photography and I did an internship with Photo Collective Studios here in Salt Lake City.
