Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We don't treat you like a number. You have individual needs depending on your lifestyle, family, occupation and concerns. We can advise, adjust & offer suggestions of our products that are prescribed specifically for your needs.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Any insurance consumer has difficulty understanding all of the legal jargon, differences in coverages and what they are for. Even an online "insurance information" site won't be able to answer your questions & provide you with experiences & educated responses to help the language of insurance more easily understood.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. They should think about what they are trying to protect. What assets are most important to them. Is their coverage sufficient to protect them and their family and provide peace of mind for life's unexpected events.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We over friendly, personal & professional services. We are an actual person instead of a computer. We form valuable, long lasting relationships with our clients, beyond "just insurance" transactions. We are very focused on family needs & happy customers. We monitor every client for any breaks or new discounts we can offer or any additional products they might find valuable. We also contact our clients annually to review all the coverages to make sure the coverage you have is still meeting your individual needs as the changes of life arise.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. I frequently get called by customers who just received a speeding ticket & they want to know how that effects their auto coverage. A minor speeding ticket doesn't effect the premium to drastically. It's usually no more than $10 more each month for that point on your insurance policy. And, the underwriters randomly pull that record so might never really find that incident until it's no longer chargeable, which is usually 3 years after the citation date. But, if they decide to take the traffic school to remove the citation, make sure the city/county that is offering the class removes the incident entirely from the record, not just the motor vehicle points from their record. Insurance companies look at incidents, not points on your driving record.
